Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our fulfillment center. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID. Once the order has been handed over to our delivery partner (ST Courier), it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the hygiene and consumable nature of our cleaning products (concentrates and detergents), we do not accept returns once the product seal has been broken or the bottle has been opened. We accept returns only if you receive a wrong product or if the package arrives severely damaged.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or leaking bottle, please report it to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We request you to share clear photographs or an unboxing video of the damaged package. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

If your cancellation or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.
